Hello welcome to Tutorial 4You Channel. In this Blog I will show you how you can COPY And PASTE Multiple Items on Windows 10. copy and paste is probably one of the most frequently used features in Windows. You highlight some text, and then you press CTRL C to copy it, and then you select some where you want to paste it, and then you press Control V to paste it.
PROBLEM
Now, one of the problems with copy and paste is when you copy something and paste something, it only pastes the last item you copied. What if there are multiple different items that you want to copy and then you want to choose from those different items to paste? Well, it turns out that Microsoft Windows 10 already have that feature.
SOLUTION
So what you can do is press the Windows key and then V Key
at the same time. And when you do that, you'll get this little prompt that says
can't show history. And then you have to turn it on. So now I can see my
clipboard here. So anytime you copy something, it goes on this Clipboard. And
anytime you paste something, it comes from this Clipboard. I'm going to copy
this.
Right here within the clipboard You can see there is a list of all items I have copied. What I can do is I can paste this text by clicking on it. I'll press Windows V again, and then I can paste the next line.
Now,
when I press Windows V, some of the things that I can do in here, let's say I don't
want something on my clipboard, I could delete it. If I really don't want any
of these items on my clipboard, I could clear them all, and that'll wipe them
all out. And then you also have the ability to pin. But when I pin something
and then I go to clear all, it'll keep the item that I pinned on this list. So
let's say there's something you always copy and paste, and you want to always
keep it on your clipboard.for example formulas in Microsoft excel. You have the
option to do that.
All right, well, this was just a really quick tutorial of
how you can COPY And PASTE Multiple Items on Windows 10 this is a feature that comes with
Windows 10 by default. You just have to turn it on to be able use it. And now
you also know the shortcut key, which is Windows V. If you think this Blog was
