First, let's navigate to your Local AppData folder. To do this, open up your file explorer and search for "%LocalAppData%" (without quotes) and press enter. From there, find the Roblox folder and completely delete it. Don't worry, this won't affect any of your game progress or data.
Next, head back to the Roblox website and click on the "Download and Install Roblox" option to reinstall the game. Once the installation process is complete, try launching the game again.
If everything went smoothly, you should now be able to play your favorite Roblox games without any further issues!
