Open Any App With this Shortcut

Welcome to Tutorial 4You Channel! Today, we're going to show you how to create a Windows shortcut key to open any app. This is an amazing trick that can save you time and make it much easier to access your favorite apps.

Have you ever found yourself clicking through endless folders or searching through the Start menu for an app you use frequently? Well, with this shortcut key, you can open any app with just a few keystrokes. So, let's get started!

First, locate the app that you want to create a shortcut for. You can do this by searching for it in the Start menu or finding its icon on your desktop. Once you've located your desired app, simply right-click on the icon and select "Properties" from the dropdown menu. This will open a new window with several different tabs.

Now, click on the "Shortcut" tab to access the shortcut settings for the app. Look for the "Shortcut key" field and enter the keyboard combination you'd like to use as your shortcut key. For example, you might choose "Ctrl + Alt + A" to open Audacity.

After you've entered your desired shortcut key combination, click "Apply" and then "OK" to save your changes. To test if it's working, try pressing the shortcut key combination you just created. If everything went well, your app should open up immediately.

But what if your app isn't on your desktop and is located in a folder? No problem! Just look for the application in the Start menu, click on "Open file location," and this will take you to the location of the application on your computer. Then, right-click on the app icon, select "Properties," and click on the "Shortcut" tab to enter your desired shortcut key combination.

It's worth noting that not all apps support this feature. If you don't see a "Shortcut key" field in the app's Properties window, it means that the app doesn't support this feature.

Creating shortcut keys for your favorite apps is an excellent way to save time and increase productivity. So, why not try it out for yourself and see how it works?
